By making a reservation, dining at our restaurant, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Restaurant Services

Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Softaro
• We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak periods
• Reservation times are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
• Large group bookings (8+ people) may require special arrangements
• We reserve the right to refuse service or reservations at our discretion

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur charges
• Group bookings may have different cancellation requirements
• Special event bookings are subject to specific cancellation terms

Customer Obligations

As a guest at Softaro, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully towards staff and other guests
• Comply with our dress code and restaurant policies
• Provide accurate information when making reservations
• Notify us of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Pay for all services rendered in accordance with our pricing
• Follow health and safety guidelines as applicable
• Respect the privacy of other guests and refrain from disruptive behaviour

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory
• Disputed charges must be raised before leaving the restaurant
• Group bookings may require deposits or advance payment

Intellectual Property

All content on the Softaro website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and design elements, is the property of Softaro B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
• The Softaro name and logo are registered trademarks
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used by Softaro for promotional purposes
• Photography or recording within the restaurant requires prior consent

Health and Safety

Softaro is committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene:

• We follow all applicable food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Guests must inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions
• We cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation due to shared kitchen facilities
• Guests dine at their own risk regarding allergen exposure
• Emergency procedures are in place and staff are trained accordingly

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softaro B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services on the date of the incident
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions) may affect service availability
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

Privacy and Data Protection
